Where to check my order status

After placing an order and finishing the payment you should receive an email from us with your order number.

When the product is ready for shipment you will receive an update with the tracking number that you can use on our shipping partner websites to track it. 


However, if you are unable to find any of the emails or if you want to receive an update about the current status, click on the Contact Us button and contact our Support Team.

Remember to include the: 

- Order number

- Email address used to make the purchase

- Receipt
